Has anyone used HELM to manage a hosted website. I'm trying to set one up and have no clue how to make a Virtual Directory work - it seems to assume you know a load of stuff that isn't obvious...

Never found it that good tbh, for those clients who do want a CP Interface to manage their hosting we always found Ensim to be much better / easier / feature rich, just a little more costly.

Used Helm, found it awkward, may I suggest Plesk? It was fun and easy to use for me.
