Printer problem...

Never come across this one before and microsoft/hp support doesn't list anything either, so thought I'd try the extensive PH knowledgebase.

HP Deskjet 3650 USB connection to WindowsXP - every time PC is rebooted it deletes the printer from the printers folder then detects new hardware.
