Hi again boys. Anyone know a sweet way of building a site that has a 'email this to someone' style link, so when the user clicks, the mail client open a populated mail containg the relevent content

You could use the mailto command, which lets you specify who the message is going to, subject and the body of the message.

As long as you don't mind the addressee ending up on every spammer in the world's mailing lists...
