Bluemonkey Bluetooth Dongle Driver?

I've had the above USB Dongle for a while and need to install it on an XP Pro Laptop, when I bought the device the CD with the driver on it was cracked, no problem though as it installed automatically on Win 2000.

Hardware wizard however will not find any drivers on the net for the device and so I can't install. Searched everywhere and have contacted dealer four times and still no driver!

Anyone got one and could mail me the driver or any idea where I could download from?

Hi

You can download the bluetooth drivers from here

On the left look for Support > Drivers and Manuls > Choose Bluetooth in drop down > then the default CN-500.

This will take you to the Bluetooth USB drivers

If you have SP2 on XP then you need to follow the instructions at the bottom of that page.

Should work ok.

Good luck can be a pain to set up sometimes.

If you have SP2 installed it has native bluetooth support, although on my Bluetooth dongle I had to download a little application which forced it to use the XP stack instead of the awful xconnect program
