Can’t access teamviewer through talk talk.
Discussion
Currently in conversation with talk talk but fear we may struggle to get to the bottom of this.
I can’t seem to access teamviewer both the program nor there website via my Mac. If I do hotspot from my mobile phone or use a different WiFi connection i seem to have no issue. It seems more a talk talk issue.
Has anyone experienced this before or know of a solution I could try?

Unless TalkTalk are blocking access to TeamViewer at the network level (which is unlikely) then I'd suggest you are better off talking to TeamViewer. They are far more likely to know what the issue might be and be able to suggest any configuration you need to apply to your router or firewall.
Could be a DNS issue, what address do you get if you try to ping www.teamviewer.com from the wifi and from the hotspot connection?
It could be that you have your talktalk wifi setup as a different type of network (public or private) in windows so the firewall is more restrictive, what are the settings for teamviewer under Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed apps.

Solution found (quicker than anticipated)
Talk Talk actually block the site due to it having the ability to remotely access computers. It's under their scam protection. You have to call them to let them let me switch the "scam protection" off in my account settings.
