We use a large form (14 pages) which has to be signed by our customers. I can convert it to pdf but really want our electricians to open up and 'App', allow the customer to write their sig on the screen with their fingers and then the 'App' to autofill signatures.

What can do this?

We use docusign at work for this. Don't know about pricing as it was procured at corporate, but it works great.

We use Adobe reader on the iPhone, it gives us the option to fill and sign no problem and its free.
The original document is a pdf so it may have been created in a way that let's it be edited as we fill in customer info and job text, that bit I don't know about but from my side I fill it out and get the customer to sign on the screen then place the signature in the box job done.

Ok, thanks for this. We can pdf our forms too. What I need is for the guys to let the customers 'sign' their screens with their fingers and it to automatically place the sigs in the pdf. Does that sound achievable/what you do?
