Can anyone recommend a good, reliable VPN for regular access to BBC iPlayer and Sky Go from an iPhone. Don’t mind paying if it works

Fed up with TunnelBear not working properly and unable to access both the above.

Express VPN which is based outside the UK so they don't bow to pressure from the Beeb etc.

It's $99 per year and has been good for me for the last 3 years. Prior to that I used Hide My Ass, who are based in the UK, but the Beeb got to them and it was difficult to find a server that the Beeb hadn't blocked.

Private Internet Access.

Guaranteed no logs or trace.

$34 / 6 months.

Servers in UK / Europe / USA / World.

Mac & IOS apps work faultlessly.

Pretty sure I've watched Iplayer in France over it, by selecting a UK server (just off to check). Edit: Yes, on iPad.

I use NordVPN & have no complaints. This is an interesting review site - note the majority should be treated with suspicion as they are funded by affiliate links:

Nord here, working great, hooked up to my Synology nas too. I had PIA which was terrible, Express VPN good but pricey.

Weird, 'cos I really rate it. Had zero issues. Oh well.

It wouldn't work with iPlayer I remember. Limited number of servers. Express VPN is light years ahead of PIA. Nord is up with Express at the top of VPNs also and I got a 3 year subscription for next to nothing so a bit of a no brainer

Ivacy also seems good. Plenty of countries to 'jump' to, and no logs.

Anyone here with 900Mbps broadband using Express VPN? I find my download speeds capped to 500Mbps.

Well after fruitless back and forth with tech support (they are brilliant in replying but unfortunately with generic scripts) I've switched over to NordVPN.
So far I'm getting about 90% of my speed which ain't bad, bonus is that it's massively cheaper than ExpressVPN (there's massive discount going on now) and the adblocker is brilliant.
