Anyone have any recommendations?

Currently have two ageing Cisco ceiling mounted units so would like to replace them and thought I might as well get the latest version.

Cheers!

If Cisco, is the controller up to date, or are you ripping it all out and starting again?

No controller on the Cisco units as they are running stand alone.

To be fair, they are not ageing really (WAP571) but i have had them a fair few years and thought about upgrading to newer MU-mimo units as we do have a fair few users during the day.

Unless of course, the opinion is to hang on for a while to see how things progress with the new wifi standards.

ETA. Just noticed your post is about WiFi 6 AX so the below may, or may not, be relevant. Unifi don't currently have an AX unit.

If you have all the cables in place then look at Ubiquiti UniFi. The AC Pro is a good unit. Or if you have a lot of connections the AC HD is very good.

Thanks for that, i do like the look of the Ubiquiti stuff.

However, i have just found a new WAP581 going cheap so do you think that would be much improvement over the WAP571?
