Coda Wave Laptop

Just seen this being advertised on Ideal World - seems a real bargain at £299.99

Its a laptop/ tablet combo and has a Celeron® N3350 dual core processor and a thumping 4GB of Ram and 32GB of storage with a 32gb mini card |SSD.11.6 inch screen
I'm thinking of it as a present for someone whose well useless when it comes to computers and the like. Just wondering how it compares to other stuff out there at the price
