Huawei p20 Advice....

[cobra kid]

Morning.

I'm trying to get my P20 to allow SMS messages through from companies like Uber. I need to set up an app with a local taxi firm and they need to send a code through for me to enter. They don't get through. They use the same app as Uber. O2 don't seem to know what the problem is and I can't see on the phone where I could allow it.

Android 9.

Any thoughts??

For anyone even remotely interested......

......I changed the default sms service to Facebook Messenger and that solved it.
