My son has not been running his Norton anti virus and has a virus which has been identifed now by Norton as "Trojan.Vundo.B" I've run the Norton link repair but it will not clear, any suggestions.

Try Avast Anti Virus. It's totally free and very good with Trojans, which Norton isn't

Go here download the free removal tool as most AV programs cannot effectivley remove it, run the tool and you should be sorted.
