Thats the option I cant see ?
Right hand side near the top - icon with 3 horizontal lines (to the right of the twitter icon). From the drop-down, select "other settings"
Then the first choice on the "other settings" page is "region"
Set to UK, and scroll down to get the "save and exit" button.

I just switch it to the UK option whenever I start it up. Also, I use the Brave Browser too.
Thats the option I cant see ?I do usually add UK to the term. but it would be easier if it worked from the the start.

Got to admit sometimes I switch from DDG to Google as results aren't great, will make sure I update it when get home in morning to be UK focused.
Been using Firefox on Ubuntu for ages will give Brave a try. Does it let you sync between devices by creating a login like Firefox does?

Ditched Firefox on my Android phone last night while at work (Pixel 4 XL) for Brave and got to admit the experience was a lot better, found a lot of pages work on Chrome/Chromium based mobile browsers but didn't on Firefox.
Installed Brave today on Ubuntu and got to admit like the choice of private or TOR tabs.
