Is there such a thing as a Fibre/VDSL router that provides POE from the ethernet ports? If so, are there any recommendations?

I'd like to do away with the dedicated mains power pack for my work-provided VOIP phone if there's a simple method, without having to resort to having a separate mains powered POE switch.

I went looking for one last year and didn't come up with anything. It wasn't really a problem as it was more for interest and I just bought a small switch in case I needed more the one device that needed POE in the future. A TP-Link one although this seems to be a newer model: https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-TL-SG1005P-Ethern....

Is your current 'power pack' a PoE injector or a standard plug in power supply?

It's probably not what you are after but Draytek do a couple of modem/routers with inbuilt VOIP funtionality. You could then plug a standard phone in to the router:

I'm not sure if it's what you're after, but the Fritzbox 7590 does all sorts of internet telephone things.
