Received email wrapped in another email

Emails are being sent from sap to an email relay and for some reason are being wrapped inside another email.

Initially i thought it was transport rule applying the disclaimer as it doesnt do it to internal recipients but it seems it doesnt do it when sent to gmail yet it does to a virgin account and another external mail system

Any ideas?
