I used the e mail option when they tried to charge me £328 for a cancelled upgrade which never arrived and they even agreed it was "back in the warehouse"

( I also hinted I would contact BBC watchdog to help if needed )

It worked

We are sorry that your recent experience with Vodafone led to you contacting us and I hope you will accept our sincere apologies.

I would like to thank you for your email to Customer Relations, dated 26th November 2017. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.

Please find below a summary of your issue and what I have done to resolve it

• Let us confirm that we have made the necessary changes on the account and your account is settled.

• We confirm that we have waived the outstanding balance on the account.

• I have documented this under your account in detail.

if all else fails

However, it may be worth contacting the CEO of Vodafone by email. Vodafone UK's chief executive Nick Jeffery can be contacted via nick.jeffery@vodafone.com.

Send them a either a letter or email, and cc OFCOM documenting the issues and timeline and the multiple attempts at contact and failed resolutions.

Or get your local MPs office to write to them, that normally prompts a very swift response

Simple just go in shop one hour before they close and tell them to sort it as your not leaving to it is.......worked in 20 mins, previously they said it can’t be sorted.
