I have to upload a number of log files to Apple using their supplied link for a support issue I’m having between my watch and iPhone.

Each of the files is around 200mb to 250mb.

I can start the upload going but it stops after uploading somewhere between 40 and 60 mb every time.

I am only in standard broadband (can’t get fibre where I am) and my typical normal upload speed is around 1mb or thereabouts so very slow even in everyday use.

I am uploading from an iMac, otherwise works perfectly and fully up to date.

My router is a TP Link Archer D9, it’s been reliable since install around 3 years ago but I’m wondering if it is starting to go?

Anywhere I can look for a solution, I can’t think of a reason why the uploads would just stop every time.?

Use WeTransfer to upload the files, sending them to yourself.

Then just send Apple a link to the WeTransfer download.

Dougie.

Tried that one too but they are set to only upload over wifi, data isn’t allowed by Apple for some reason.

I’m more interested in why the files should stop uploading, what is it that’s causing the upload to lock up each time I try?

I’ll see if the same happens with the WeTransfer mentioned above.
