Hi all
Just wondering if anyone had any experience with these, they released last year with a few flaws but now re-released with upgrades

2 camera system is £143

Appeal for me is that the app is good and doesn't require a paid subscription, it's from Amazon to returnable if it fails, easy to install as no permanent wiring etc

Wondering if anyone has any experience with these or if there are any alternatives I should be considering please

I got a black friday deal with three cameras, although ive only installed two so far converting the front.

Thoughts in no particular order :
Fairly easy to setup, App is intuitive.
The working range from the base module isn't as great as I'd hoped.
Server capacity is decent considering it's free - 1 week of 10 second high quality clips fills about 40%
Masking the image to refine the activation area works well
Reflections off cars on the drive can set it off, so I get lots of clips at night. Could dial down the sensitivity, but don't want to risk it really.

I have the 2 camera system. Works well. They say the batteries should last a year, but inexpensive anyway
Have to be sited properly:-
They aren’t too good at picking up someone walking towards the camera, better looking across as it were. If looking straight down a pathway it will trigger too late..
Also can’t really face the sun, as droplets on lens will blitz the recording..

Thanks guys, appreciate the advice. I've gone ahead and ordered it.
Where I'd mount then they'd be on a slight angle so should avoid the issue where people walking directly toward it are missed.

Now I've got a decent car again I figured it was time to up my security game.

I just returned a two camera pack, couple of reasons:

  1. 1 - (Main Reason) Couldn't get the hub to connect to the cameras, kept saying there was "an error".
  1. 2 - the mounting brackets provide no security at all, the cameras can be just unclipped. The only solution to that (other than buying thrid party mounts) is to mount them out of reach from the ground.

Just to close out the thread, the cameras arrived yesterday and within 10 mins I was up and running, really impressed given the cost
Thanks to everyone for your input
