Macbook sticky keys
Discussion
I had the screen, keyboard, battery, speakers, touchpad and a whole host of other things replaced after the screen backlight failed. It took about a week.
Keyboard is very different now, no complaints. Great service for a 3+ year old MacBook Pro.
ETA, this is the list of what they replaced. "Top Case including Speakers, Audio Board, Trackpad Flex Cable, Microphone, Trackpad, Keyboard, Touch Bar Flex Cable, Battery, Touch Bar and Touch ID flex cable."

I’ve had three MacBooks sorted under warranty - 2 x MBP and a 2018 MacBook Air; they made changes to the replacement programme so that they could have a quicker turnaround given the numbers involved, so they replace the top case in store, although in my case it was a MBA purchased in the US so they had to order the part in, but even still it only took a week. The last. 2019 iteration of the butterfly keyboard for MBA/MBP appears to have resolved most of the issues thankfully, and it can be fitted retrospectively. If its a 12 MacBook then it is replaced like for like.
I currently have a 2013 15' top spec Retina MacBook Pro and it's going to lat me another year at least until the 16in MacBook Pro come down from £2-£3k.
I usually don't keep MacBooks more than 4-5 years but a lot of colleagues and friends had issues with the flat keyboards on there 2016-2018 Touch Bar Pros. It's clearly a design fault which I could do without.
