Sure there's a simple answer to this but we get a constant buzzing on the landline phone. Switched off the BT hub this evening and buzzing disappears. There's a microfilter thing plugged into the wall socket into which the phone and the BT Hub are connected. I've tried a different filter with no improvement.
Any suggestions?
New BT Hub?

Any cordless phones near Hub? They used to cause havoc with other stuff . If there's a cordless in circuit- try taking it out and powering it down and if possible - ( and you have other extension sockets ) use one of them with a filter in it. Again, and it might sound stupid, but BT will insist that you've proved their line by taking the front ( smaller portion) out of the master socket before testing . ( any excuse to hit you with a callout).

Try moving the hub to a slightly different location , i heard of an ongoing fault last week where the hub had been replaced several times to no avail , hub was sat on a large speaker , moved hub off speaker noise gone .
