we run an eCom business - with FB Messenger, IG Messenger, e.mail, livechat and SMS as the main contact points

Is there an APP for MAC/PC that brings all these messenger thingys together onto your desktop in one single place??

Not sure if it does all the ones you list, but I use Franz to have one app for Slack, LinkedIn messaging, FB messenger, Discord, Telegram and O365
