Hi

Just reviewing my travel cover on multi-trip.com and I'm certain they have changed their policy in the last few days related to corona virus.

I'm 99% certain I read a PDF link from their home page just a week or 2 ago that told me I would be covered by cancellation if travelling to the initial group of countries covered by the FCO guidance.

Now that there are more and more countries within the 'do not travel' zone, the PDF now tells me that I need to buy Disruption Cover.

However, I can't find the first PDF.

Any suggestions on whether it could be accessed either on the web or on my Mac?

Cheers!

you can sometimes find older documentation on the internet archive - google the wayback machine...
however, if you are not yet covered then their older documentation will be irrelevant, if you are, then they should have sent you details of their cover at the point of cover - in neither instance would a randomly found PDF over-ride that...

Trouble is, no docs were sent...they were always hosted by them and I didn't download them.

Do you not have an account with them - I would expect that to have documents in it...
otherwise - ask them to send you the terms and conditions as at the date of your policy...
