Does anyone know if I can set up a facebook portal video calling system without a mobile phone/ WhatsApp account? .
My dad is 86 and has mild dementia . I would like to face to face call him . I already have an internet connection at his house and an IP camera in his kitchen to help with cooking .
He does not have a PC, lap top , tablet or smart phone and take it from me he will never be able to learn how to use one . Looking at the reviews on various devises I am not sure the best option but like the fact the FB portal camera follows you around the room .
