Virgin Media throttling connection speeds ?

When did they change the upload speed is what I want to know, it used to be 5.

Mine's working normally too.

I had an issue on Monday, but the status checker said there was a problem. It was fixed by 3pm.

It was effectively doubled for most customers on a rolling programe that started around 6 months ago and I think was completed around last month

AS REGARDS OP plainly that is an issue with your connection so do the obvious power off check the connections etc RESET the Superhub If you are using it as a router and have changed settings etc you can create a back up config file by choosing Admin from left hand side then reload and reboot so you don't have to change settings individually - see piccie below. This is for a SH3

If its still faulty then you CAN GET THROUGH I rang yesterday waited around 40 minutes but was answered by someone who fixed the issue
