Hi,

I'm currently training for to be certified as a Microsoft CRM professional and i was wondering if anyone has done the applications, installation and configuration, customisation exams and has found any good resources. I'm looking to build up a knowledge base of resources that i will be willing to share. Microsoft Business Solutions haven't released a lot of articles to help with the exams.

The original version was dire but only the USA was inflicted with it - the more recent versions have been progressively better and more than worth considering even if it does lack certain functionality still.
