£50 Wireless Earbuds

Potentially looking at some earbuds for use with my PC to get rid of annoying wires.
I've heard in some reviews that there can be some audio visual lag when playing games or YouTube. This is always mentioned in terms of phones and tablets.
Anyone use them with a PC and a bluetooth adapter, and have any experience with games and a PC setup.
Is it always going to be there and spoil playing a game or i it a matter of just spending 4 times as much (in which case the idea will be dropped).

I have a £45 pair of anker soundcore buds and they have been fantastic, keep a solid connection, never play up, good sound and mic quality, no noticable lag on my hp envy laptop or huawei mate 20x phone(youtube, soundcloud and netflix, I dont game) good battery life, and I can even have a phone call in my motorbike helmet if i raise my voice.
