I’ve broke my Hudl 2 screen today and now looking for a new tablet.

I mainly use it for browsing PH, You Tube and home banking. A slightly bigger screen and better battery life would be a bonus. Budget is around £100.

I know absolutely nothing about these, so any help and recommendations would be welcome

eek

Important is what size do you want.

Both the Galaxy Tab A and the Asus Zenpad are good tablets, but both almost double your budget iirc.

At your budget, they're all more or less the same. Have a look at the Huawei MediaPad T3 - it's a penny under £100 from Argos.

I've been using a Lenovo tab 10 for the last couple of years, can't fault it.

Thanks for the replies. I’ve had a look at the Argos reviews and think I’m fairly settled on the Huawei or the Samsung. Both are 32GB and 10” screens. Any preference on these brands?

Seeing as you use it for Banking make sure the device receives security updates still, no point buying a tablet that isn't going to be updated.

I picked up a Samsung Tab A 2016 last year after my Hudl 2 chucked it, big improvement, so anything more modern than that will be a big step forward.

Apart from the screen being gubbed, is the Hudl 2 still working okay? If so and you want shot of it, I'd give you a tenner plus post for it? (my 6yo nicked the Mrs one off her, and I've go a spare screen upstairs, so could hopefully get her back to where she was before the kleptomaniac intervened!)

Thanks for all the advice. Still haven’t decided which tablet yet, work is keeping me very busy at the moment.

Steveo, thanks, but my brother has already claimed my hudl.

Thanks for the guidance, I appreciate all the help. With regards to my budget, I assumed £50-100 would be plenty!

And for closure, I bought a Samsung tab A 10.5. So far so good. Seems to play you tube and browse forums fine. Which is probably all it’ll be used for.

Thanks again
