Assistance migrating from GSuite to Office365
Discussion
Hi all,
I run a small training company, for a few years we've been using Google's G Suite to manage our emails and cloud-based server/shared drives.
We also have Office 365 subscriptions so we can use Outlook/Word/Excel etc, but we don't use and of the cloud or email facilities.
G Suite just doesn't seem to play nicely with Outlook, we have continual issues with GSync dropping out and emails appearing to have been sent in Outlook but not actually being sent by Gmail.
We are also having Calendar sync issues, which given we're all remote working AND we use Calendar to help schedule events with clients is a major issue.
We are also using MS Dynamics CRM internally - again this doesn't play nicely with Outlook when GSuite sits in the middle.
We've decided to move our email and server to Office 365 with a reasonable element of urgency.
I'm looking to get an external consultant to perform the migration for us - it's really not something I'm happy for us to busk our way through.
It's pretty small scale - 5 full time staff, some shared folders with fairly simple permissions.
Would anyone have any recommendations, suggestions or comments for me?
Thanks in advance.

I've migrated many of these for clients and it's relatively painless.
Is it just email you need to migrate or documents etc too?
Have a look at this guide.. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-...
If the mailboxes are smallish, just export each one to a PST file then once the new MS 365 email is setup, import back in and allow time to sync.
