Google maps and Firefox

Anyone else noticed an issue with Google maps in Firefox 75, on Windows 7? If I measure distance, the start and end points show up, but not the line in between.
And dragging the little yellow man thingy over the map doesn't show the blue route where the google car has been. Dropping him on a road does however show street view.
Setting webgl.disable to true in about:config fixes this, but then 3D mode doesn't work, nor the Covid-19 Dashboard map. Oddly enough, starting Firefox in safe mode also disables webgl, but maps work perfectly.
I've tried disabling all addons - didn't help. And cleared cache. And refreshed FF.
P.S. Maps are fine in Chrome, but I'd rather stick withNetscape Firefox.
