Changing a PDF Colour

So in follow on the my printer issues thread, I'm trying to swap out black for blue to get my printing done. I have Adobe Acrobat and got conned into the free trial for Pro so I can edit the file.

I've worked out how to get the text swapped over, however the stuff I'm printing is eBay packing labels, and I need to work out how to get them to go from black to blue. It's recognising them as images. Any ideas as this is frustrating me today!

If they're images you'll need to edit them in an image editing program or use a DTP program rather than just a PDF editor which will enable image editing inside the document.
