I've set up an iPad for home use but when installing MS Excel I have signed in using my work ID without really thinking (it was saved in my keychain). When I did this I got the following message:

"Your organization is now protecting its data in this app what is shared"

I have since logged out of the account, deleted the app and re-installed it.

My question is does this, or has this, opened up my personal device in any way to my employer? Having a Google it seems hard to get an answer for sure. Obviously I don't want any messages / photos / history / apps shared with my company if I can avoid it!

I can do a factory restart if needed as the device is pretty new, but it would be a bit of a pain to set up all the apps etc again.

Thanks!

dont know about IOS, but in Windows if you go to the File tab and chose 'Account' you can see which account Excel is associated with, if its not work then I think you will be ok.

Also log into your work 365 account and see what devices are associated, and delete if necessary
