Just started to get into CSS and Javascript (and whatever else I need to use when something refuses to work!), I've got a little question.

I have the background of the website saved as a gif image, with some of it transparent. I've put it as an image in the body tag so that I can use the z-index command in CSS for the buttons. If I put the image specified as 'background' in the CSS, then if I have to scroll, the buttons move independently of the menu area.

Anyway, when you rest the cursor over the page now, you get a windows menu pop up at the top left of the image (the one with icons), giving you the chance to save, print, email or open your Pictures folder. This is going to be irritating on the final website, so is there any coding that will stop it popping up?

Cheers!

Ichi

Hi,

Try putting:

GALLERYIMG="no"

In the image tag. For example:

img src="welcome.gif" GALLERYIMG="no">

Hope this helps,
Jaime
