Is it bad to stream/use iPad all day

I'm currently using my new iPad Air as a second monitor when needed and to stream TV (Sky News/Sports etc) throughout the day. Is it bad for the life of the iPad to have it on continuously for 6+ hours per day? I'm thinking of the longer term battery life etc?

Won't be a problem mid to long term, as soon as I can get out to some shops and look at monitors and get an office chair then I'll be working from the spare room which will have multiple monitors/perhaps a TV etc.

Should be fine but try not to run the battery out completely each time before charging it.

Plug it in at 15% or so and then just make sure to unplug it again once it's charged. The kids iPad in our house is used to death every day but the battery still holds up well.

We had 2 ipad airs (the original airs) in our reception that played the same st day in day out 8 hours a day 5 days a week for 4 or 5 years. They were hard wired into so no idea what the battery life would have been like on them.

They still worked when they were taken out.
