Can’t get twitter via my router only 4g

Weird this. I can’t get twitter on my iPad or iphone last few days, unless I turn wifi off and go over 4g. I thought maybe it’s my adblock type stuff but even if I use my work computer which I have at home, (no adblockers) same problem it won’t connect even to twitter.com ie not my username or anything.

How could this be? I have made no changes to my router and every other site is ok. (Vodafone is my internet provider).
