got a pair of these for Xmas and I find the pairing woth devices absolutely diabolical.

I connect to a mac book and my Samsung s10 and I can't get the phone to work....it then seems to change order.

Sat at the moment watching video with them on the phone, switch to another app and theu stop streaming audio.

Anyone else got this sort of problem as I'm losing the will to live with them.

I have QC35II's and use them with my MacBook, TV and iPhone. Never really had any issues apart from when I need to repair them as you can only have 2 devices connected at any one time, even at this it's just slide the switch, pair then crack on.

I'm assuming your issue is coming as two devices are trying to supply Audio at once?

It does seem to be when the MBP is shut and in sleep mode that's narking it up.

Maybe it confuses the bluetooth on it.

So when the MBP is closed it's still on, this maybe only in certain circumstances but I use mine connected to external monitors via USB C and I usually have it closed and have a Magic Trackpad and keyboard when working from my desk.
