Apologies if this should be in televisions section but thought also relates to computers and gadgets .

At my business address i curently have four decent quality vandal proof cameras mounted high up on the building, this records to a local hard drive in the building, this was installed about 7 years ago, and as mentioned the cameras seem decent enough quality.

My bugbear is the hard drive the model and make appears to be DVR365.com model appears to be DSD224

Now when i got this installed i was handed a manual that is as thick as War And Peace, and a very confusing read.

As this is now an aging system i would like to replace the hard drive and wire to existing cameras to a new drive.

I was wondering if any one had any recommendations for a decent easy setup hard drive system that possibly also had link to mobile app as well so i can login for a look if i am away for the building.

Hikvision all the way for me, and reusing your existing wiring you can fit 4k cameras which will give unbelievable image quality.
