Morning all,

Received an O2 signal booster this morning from my company, work phone doesn't work at home. Instructions are basically plug it in to power and Ethernet and away you go... unfortunately it hasn't been that easy.

So first of all tried plugging it into Vodafone router, nothing. so set up port forwarding for the 4 ports on O2 website, nothing, so then set it up to work outside of the firewall.. still nothing. So deleted all the settings.

Next plugged it in via Ethernet to my Google Wifi hub instead, hub can see it connected, set it a static IP address and set up port forwarding again. slight joy this time.

The device has 4 lights, power, @ , signal and phone. All for are supposed to be light up white for it to be working. The sequence is power light, then @ flashes white until set up then stays white, then the other 2 come on white.

What I got was power, @ flashing, @ went out, other 2 went orange to say there's an issue. Then back to power and @ flashing.

Called the company O2 helpdesk but phones registered under my managers name so wont talk to me! Just wondered if anybody has had one of these things?
