Email Provider Advice

Contractor turned Permie so no longer need to subscribe to Microsoft Action Pack. Currently have two email domains, family (4 addresses) and business (1 address) running on MS Exchange from Microsoft. Both domains hosted by TSO (ex daily.co.uk).

Want to keep all 5 addresses but the business address I could simply forward to my personal account as it is just to ensure I see any emails from old contacts or accounts.

So what is the best and most cost effective solution for MS Exchange plus MS Office apps?. I have a studentid also as doing an MSc if that helps (as do the kids).
