I've had an idea of something I want to make a prototype for and a 3D printed model would be ideal. Problem is I don't own one or know anyone who does, so I was wondering if someone on here has one and would be willing to help in some way?

The size is W 450mm x D 150mm x H 50mm (at it's highest point but 95% of it is 20mm high).

Is that size possible on a home printer?

In terms of "domestic" printers, the largest I've seen is 300x300x400mm

Mine is 250x250x250mm

if it's just a prototype, can you split the "tall" bit into two or three interlocking parts?

Thinking about it I could leave that part off and use an “off the shelf” item as it’s not a critical piece for prototype purposes! So it would be 20mm high all over smile
