ME087LL/A iMac 21.5 Latew 2013 Thunderbug / insect in screen

Every summer I get live bugs in the mac and carefully squish them when they're in the bezel. Must be 30 dead souls in those bezels. Now I'm not so lucky.

Wondered if anyone has solved that without shelling out £300 for a new screen?

I do also live in hope that he's been "asleep" for 24 hours and will drop down...
