I need a new one of these, what is it?

[Tyre Smoke]

It's the cable from my computer to the monitor. One end is HDMI, the other is a serial (?) Connector.

What should I order please?

[Pieman68]

Looking at that I would say it's a HDMI to DVI cable

[aazer89]

you will probably find the HDMI end is actually displayport the other end is called DVI

[joshleb]

Pieman's correct.

Something like this should do the job:

Amazon DVI to HDMI

That's a good call actually - is the "HDMI" end square at one end with a bevelled corner on one side or is it bevelled at both sides?

[Tyre Smoke]

Quite correct, only one side.

So what do i need?
