Any ffmpeg gurus here?
Discussion
I would like to create time lapse video from my cctv cameras using ffmpeg on Win10.
I have rtsp working fine and plan to use that input stream to save one jpeg per minute to a temporary folder.
I'll then use those image files to make the output video at 25fps.
Ideally I'd like to run this as a task in Windows, starting at 8am and ending at 6pm.
Any Windows and ffmpeg experts care to hold my hand on this?

I don't think you can use ffmpeg like that (but might be wrong) since you'll be appending frames to a video container.
I used to set a cron job to grab a frame from a camera every interval, then when done used ffmpeg to create a video from those stills.
Edit, ahh, I've re-read it and you'll be doing the same thing
You just need to set a scheduled task (or two), one to grab the frames every interval and save them using an incremental filename, then another scheduled task to run the ffmpeg job.
