A while ago I designed a mount for my Garmin, for my bike and got a mate to print it for me. Just managed to break it and need to get another one printed, but my mates printer is out of action at the moment. Can anyone recommend a good place to get a couple more printed at a reasonable cost? It's around 76mm long.

I've used protolabs for a few jobs at work who seem ok, not sure where they sit price wise for personal use. 3dprintdirect also seems to have ok reviews.

How thick is the mount? What sort of material you looking for?

If you need it stronger than ordinary plastic 3D prints, Shapeways can print it out of stainless steel or aluminium.

Only around 1cm deep, last one was PLA and has lasted a good few years.

https://www.treatstock.co.uk/

Global marketplace where you can choose manufacturer and material, quantity etc. I uses 3D-fabrik for a few things and have no complaints.

Presumably, tweek a but more material on the week part....

...we use protolabs at work too, not the cheapest maybe, but reliable and dependable.

I would think you would need a better material than PLA for anything that has any stress going through it.

If you are ok with PLA then I can take a look at the stl and let you know.

PLA is fine, it's what the current one was printed from, and its lasted 4 years and only broke because it got bashed. The Garmin only weighs 58g.
I'll check with my mate later this week to see if he's got his printer working, if not I'll drop you an email Bullett.
