MS Teams Pollls

I have been using Zoom for webinar style sessions but have a client who insists on using Teams.
First touch as auser as opposed to an simple meeting attendee, and It feels very clunky compared to Zoom.
I have had a look and it seems you have to create a POLL in FORMS via the chat box? This presents me with 2 problems:
1) The Forms app doesnt appear in the tool bar and isn't found in a search. Only Zora Forms is offered and that seems to take ages to open.
2) Am i right in thinking that you have to create your Poll new every time and can't save it inadvance?
Have I missed something or is MS Teams just rubbish for pre-planned large attendee sessions using Polls?
