Sure Run & Shadow Copy Issue

Hi,

I have an HP ZBook G5 360 laptop and since I bought the laptop a year or so ago I have been getting the sure run notification and more recently the Shadow copy notification.
Please could someone in the know explain, what both of these notifications mean, why I'm getting them, how to stop these notifications appearing, and if I need to change anything on my laptop?

If its something to do with PC security, I run Kaspersky internet Total Security.

Hope someone can help as this issue is driving me nuts!
