Performance increase for AMD Zen 2 / Zen 3 - ClockTuner

[FourWheelDrift]

That clever chap Yuri Bubliy developer of the free DRAM Calculator for Ryzen is going to be releasing a new CPU optimisation utility for Zen 2 and 3 CPUs called ClockTuner that can get extra performance out of your CPU through automatic overclocking and undervolting.

Linus presents it here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W872lQcy65I

Watched the Linus vid last night. Gonna give it a go when I can

I’ve got a 3950x on b550i strix with a noctua u9s cooler (Mitx case, don’t ask)

Will be interesting to see if I can just optimise this for under-volting as much as possible while keeping same performance to save a few degrees... anything to keep my fans quieter haha!
