Evening,

Novice question: I'm having an ethernet line installed into my garden office tomorrow. C. 45m from the house. We have a sky fibre box thing under the tv supplying wifi to the house. My plan was to stick one end of the ethernet into this and when stick the other end into a new wifi router in the garden office. Voila.

Is this all i need to do? If so, will any new wifi router do?

Told you i was a novice.

You’ll likely end up double NAT’ed. Some local network services might not work the way you expect them to.

I’d not use a wifi router (a L3 device). I’d use a L2 Access Point.

No experience with that exact one, but yes.
Check it has a power supply (and doesn’t require POE only).
That device is 2.4GHz only and not high performance, but is almost certainly good enough for a single user in a shed.

Just put the garden office router into modem mode, turning off dhcp so it doesn't issue ip addresses.

I had a BT HH5 lying around, it's only a switch now but I'm sure you could keep the wifi enabled.

I’ve just done exactly this. I bought an extra mini box from Sky (£50 delivered next day)

This acts as a wifi hub and obviously if you connect it to a TV you get your Sky channels in there too.
