iPhone rattly speaker after screen change.

My wife had her iPhone SE screen changed by a "boy in a booth" type shop.

Since then she cannot hear anyone properly because it is so crackly. This is the case whether on the phone or using the car's hands free.

Any ideas chaps please?

Take it somewhere that will do the job properly?

It's probably a loose connection.

Take it back to them in the first instance and ask them to sort it, probably moved the speaker or a wire or something.
