Corsair psu return issues

Hi all - my 5yr/10 yr warranty corsair rm 850i psu has just died quietly.
Tried the self test and the paper clip test and it’s doing nothing
Have logged a ticket with Corsair but after the automated reply last week I’ve heard no more. Phones are constantly on hold.
Googling shows Corsair might be very poor at customer service. Does anyone have a recommended contact method please ? Can’t use the big pc in the meantime.

Bought from amazon but they are no help.
