Outlook Sent Items

Does anyone know how to move sent items in outlook within a specific date range.
So I can delete all my emails that I sent in 2018.

On my inbox I can set a rule between a specified date so I can delete anything I receive in a specific timespan.

However when I go to set this rule up for sent items, there's no option of choosing a date.

Got loads to delete but can't see an easy way of bulk moving/deleting them from Sent items.

Sort by date, shift click at top and bottom and delete that way?

Nah just work compliance saying get rid of anything older than 2 years (I'm a massive e-mail hoarder)
