Moving a Woocommerce site from one host to another

Hi there

In a moment of weakness a while back I agreed to let someone change us from Shopify to Woocommerce and the whole process has been terrible. Something that would ease my mind a bit is moving hosts so I no longer have to deal with the company.

Can it be done with just my log in details? I don't have any ftp access. Will the new hosting company be able to transfer the site over easy enough?

Providing your WordPress login is an admin account it can be moved with a plugin. If not, the host would nee your hosting details and they can migrate using a backup or direct migration if supported (E.G. cPanel to cPanel)
